Adagio tells the story about two siblings’ childhood captured by their mother. Throughout the past four years, the camera watched their legs and arms grow longer, their carefree play, innocence and genuine emotions.
“As long as we don’t loose our inner child, we will always know how to find our way back home. I am thankful to relive my childhood again through my kids` everyday adventures. 마리 칼라이(Mari Calai)는 루마니아 부카레스트에서 태어나고 자랐으며 유년 시절 여름 대부분을
조부모님이 계신 시골에서 보냈다. 그녀는 바로 그곳에서 단순함과 창의력을 배울 수 있었다.
칼라이는 현재 서울과 워싱턴 DC를 오가며 사진가 및 화가로 활동하고 있다.
Mari Calai was born and raised in Bucharest, Romania, spending most of her childhood summers
at her grandparents` house in the country. She believes that is where she learned about simplicity and creativity.
She is a photographer and painter based in Seoul, South Korea and Washington DC, United States. |
